This position is located in Blackfoot, ID.

We are looking for a motivated, resourceful 1031 Exchange Coordinator to manage exchange files from inception through completion. This role prepares accurate documentation, tracks critical IRS time requirements, supports complex transactions, and communicates with clients and professional partners throughout the exchange process.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Gather the information needed to open and process 1031 exchange files from inception through completion
  • Prepare exchange agreements, assignments, improvement and lease agreements, deeds, notes, EIN requests, operating agreements, and other required documentation
  • Monitor and fulfill applicable IRS documentation and timing requirements
  • Research and organize information to respond to questions from clients, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and accountants
  • Maintain accurate files and recordkeeping systems and provide clerical, administrative, and light bookkeeping support
  • Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, in person, and through written correspondence

  • Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of related experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR and background check
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
