Technical Sales Engineer | Madison, WI, United States | Hybrid

The Role

  • Provide inside technical support for hygienic valves, aseptic valves, hygienic pumps, and cleaning technology product lines.
  • Apply Fluid Dynamics principles to optimize component selection for specific applications.
  • Determine special product specifications and ensure proper integration into customer system designs.
  • Utilize product sizing and selection software to choose appropriate pump and valve products.
  • Collaborate with European factories and US fabricators on product specifications and logistics.
  • Work with sales teams to generate and manage customer proposals and orders.

What You'll Need

  • 2-5 years of experience in application engineering and technical sales support.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent.
  • Understanding of Fluid Dynamics and sanitary liquid processing equipment and processes.
  • Familiarity with control technology, communication protocols, and relevant sizing software.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, pricing strategies, and import logistics is beneficial.
  • Experience with SAP-PEM or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
