Position: Java Backend (no corp to corp)

Location: Fully Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, AWS, and REST API development. The ideal candidate will build scalable, cloud-native backend applications, develop high-performance APIs, and work in a distributed microservices environment. Experience with AI/Generative AI technologies is a plus but not required.

Required Skills:

• Java (8/11/17+)
• Spring Boot / Spring Framework
• Apache Kafka
• Strong AWS experience (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
• REST API Development
• Microservices Architecture
• Git & CI/CD

Preferred Skills:

• AI / Generative AI experience (preferred, not mandatory)
• Docker & Kubernetes
• SQL/NoSQL databases
