Position Title: Data Analyst
Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70802
Duration: December 14, 2026 – December 31, 2028
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday; schedule/shift timings to be determined by the client
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – must be available for both onsite and remote work
Pay Rate: Competitive / Based on experience

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform cost allocation and support development and implementation of cost allocation methodologies.
  • Generate and support Public Assistance Cost Allocation Plans (PACAPs).
  • Perform data analysis and financial modeling related to federally funded programs.
  • Support federal claiming activities and documentation.
  • Analyze costs associated with USDOL grants, Vocational Rehabilitation grants, SNAP Employment & Training (SNAP E&T), TANF, and other federal funds.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation supporting cost allocation and federal claiming.
  • Support implementation of cost allocation methodologies and related financial processes.
  • Assist with federal review, reporting, and responses related to cost allocation and claiming activities.
  • Ensure allocated costs are appropriately supported and assigned to benefiting programs.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • Cost Allocation Plan generation experience – MUST HAVE
  • Data analysis experience – MUST HAVE
  • Experience sufficient to perform the required SOW deliverables and qualifications – MUST HAVE
  • Experience with governmental cost allocation preferred.
  • Experience with federal grant claiming preferred.
  • Experience with financial modeling preferred.
  • Experience with federally funded programs such as USDOL, Vocational Rehabilitation, SNAP E&T, or TANF preferred.
  • Knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 and 45 CFR Part 95 preferred.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and financial data skills.
