Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform architecture, governance, and strategic roadmap initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow platform architectures aligned with business objectives.
✔ Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform roadmap, translating business goals into phased adoption plans.
✔ Lead architectural reviews, governance discussions, and solution design workshops.
✔ Establish platform governance frameworks to ensure sustainability, security, performance, and upgrade readiness.
✔ Interpret platform health reports and recommend remediation strategies.
✔ Identify, assess, and mitigate architectural, technical, and platform health risks.
✔ Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including technical teams and executive leadership.
✔ Advise customers on ServiceNow AI capabilities and align AI initiatives with organizational business strategy.
✔ Provide technical leadership across platform architecture, integrations, application development, and lifecycle management.

Required Skills

✔ Strong experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
✔ Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Platform, including:

• CMDB & CSDM
• Application Development
• Integration Frameworks
• Security Model
• Instance Lifecycle Management

✔ Strong understanding of:

• Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF)
• Solution Design Principles
• Governance Frameworks
• Technical Debt Remediation

✔ Mandatory expertise in ITSM.
✔ Experience with at least one additional ServiceNow module:

• ITOM
• CSM
• HRSD
• SecOps

Required Certifications

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – at least one)
