Workday and UKG Implementation Test Lead

• 5+ years of QA, software testing, or HR technology implementation experience.

• Led testing for at least two full-lifecycle Workday or UKG implementations.

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, and UKG workforce management processes.

• Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, end-to-end, and payroll parallel testing.

• Strong experience validating integrations, APIs, data mappings, payroll calculations, and reconciliations.

• Hands-on defect management experience using Jira, including triage and root-cause coordination.

• Ability to manage test plans, schedules, metrics, risks, and go-live readiness.

• Strong leadership experience mentoring testers and coordinating distributed cross-functional testing teams.
