They are looking for a dedicated leader to spearhead a new facility focused on comorbid conditions, combining residential care with support for individuals with mental health challenges.

The Role

• Spearhead the planning and execution of critical steps for the new facility's opening.
• Assume overall responsibility for the coordination and management of the facility.
• Ensure and advance quality management by adhering to and fulfilling all legal requirements.
• Foster close collaboration with funding bodies, medical professionals, and authorities.
• Drive resident acquisition and ensure optimal capacity utilization.
• Motivate, develop, and promote the growth of the staff team.
• Oversee the facility's operational, financial, and personnel management.
• Guarantee high standards of care and quality of life in compliance with legal mandates.
• Plan and organize staff deployment and optimize care and support processes.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a registered nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental health conditions.
• Successful completion of advanced training as a psychiatric nurse (according to state law or DKG recommendations).
• Completed advanced training as a Head of Nursing Services (Pflegedienstleitung).
• Proven experience in leadership positions.
