Senior Product Manager

Our client is a leading international bank seeking an experienced Transaction Banking Product Lead/Senior Product Manager to take ownership of its Corporate Current Accounts portfolio and help shape the future of its cash and liquidity management offering.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Transaction Banking Product, you will lead the strategy, development and ongoing optimisation of Corporate Current Accounts and associated liquidity management propositions.

You will take ownership of the product roadmap, commercial performance and customer experience, working closely with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Risk and Corporate Banking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and deliver the Corporate Current Accounts product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle.
2. Develop and launch new account propositions, driving commercial growth, profitability and client adoption.
3. Lead initiatives across cash management, sweeping, cash concentration and liquidity solutions.
4. Enhance corporate client journeys, including onboarding, account maintenance and servicing.
5. Manage product pricing, business cases, forecasts and commercial performance.
6. Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.
7. Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations to ensure successful product delivery.
8. Act as the subject matter expert for Corporate Current Accounts, influencing senior stakeholders and supporting product development.

Skills & Experience Required

1. Proven product management experience within Commercial or Corporate Transaction Banking.
2. Strong knowledge of Corporate Current Accounts, business banking products, deposits or cash management.
3. Experience with corporate account structures, sweeping, cash concentration and liquidity management.
4. Demonstrable experience developing, launching and optimising banking products.
5. Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, profitability, forecasting and product performance.
6. Understanding of banking regulations, product governance and operational risk.
7. Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
8. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to deliver results.
