Technology Transformation Specialist

Summary
Supports and tracks change initiatives across Capital Markets Technology to improve development efficiency, financial transparency, project delivery discipline, and alignment with the enterprise operating model. This role combines transformation support, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, and executive-ready reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Assess current technology operating practices, including Jira usage, project management tools, reporting processes, and data quality. Support change management, communications, training, and user adoption activities. Track transformation milestones, outcomes, risks, and dependencies, and provide regular progress reporting. Gather and synthesize input from multiple stakeholders and data sources into clear, actionable presentations and recommendations. Reconcile and validate data across Jira, ServiceNow SPM, Excel, and other reporting sources.

Build and maintain internal trackers, KPIs, dashboards, and project management reports. Identify process, reporting, and data-quality gaps, and support the development of practical improvements. Coordinate follow-ups and action items across technology, business management, finance, and project delivery stakeholders. Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience supporting project delivery, technology operations, or enterprise transformation initiatives. Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to develop clear, executive-ready presentations.

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, data validation, and data reconciliation. Experience using Jira for project, delivery, or book-of-work tracking. Ability to organize and analyze information from multiple stakeholders, systems, and data sources. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in project and financial data. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Familiarity with book-of-work reporting, operating model transformation, financial project tracking, and technology portfolio management.
Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, or SPM.
Experience building and maintaining KPIs, internal trackers, dashboards, and management reporting.
SQL and Power BI experience is desirable but not required.
