Custom Software Engineer 
Location: Rockville, MD 
Required Clearance: Public Trust (Interim)  Since 1999, ITEC has delivered mission-critical support to the DoD and Intelligence Community. Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of complex software applications that support enterprise business objectives and mission-critical operations.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional development teams to define technical requirements, develop scalable and secure application solutions, perform code reviews, and ensure compliance with software development standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, resolving complex technical challenges, optimizing application performance, and supporting the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.

Additional Minimum Skills and Qualifications: DevSecOps  Please note that this position requires regular onsite work at the client office near Rockville, MD. Candidates need to be local to the area.
