Job Title: AI Lead Full Stack Developer

Contract Type: contract

Job Location: Rockville, MD or Tysons, VA

Days a Week Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: 3 days on site

Job Must Haves:

• Demonstrated daily, hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Production experience with Angular and TypeScript
• Strong object-oriented development experience in Java
• Strong hands-on experience building and operating on AWS
• Computer science fundamentals

Job Nice to Haves:

• Schema-driven development and dynamic form rendering
• Micro-frontend architecture at production scale
• Experience with SpEL or another expression/rules language
• Performance tuning and optimization
• Experience in financial services, regulatory technology, or compliance systems
• Certifications in AWS or AI

About the Position / Current Initiatives: Design, develop, and maintain UI applications and backend services that power regulatory form filing. Author and evolve JSON Schema and layout definitions, and support the filing lifecycle including cross-section and cross-system validation.
