Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, with experience using HiBob highly desirable.

Produce and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, letters and policies.

Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing practical guidance to employees and managers.

Build effective working relationships across the business and support managers with people-related matters and decision-making.

Manage employee relations (ER) cases, providing appropriate guidance and support throughout the process.

Payroll & Benefits

Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process.

Ensure the accuracy of payroll inputs, including starters, leavers and employee changes.

Liaise with external payroll providers to resolve queries and discrepancies.

Support the administration of employee benefits and related processes.

Process Improvement & Projects

Identify inefficiencies in existing HR processes and implement practical improvements.

Support HR systems implementation, optimisation and wider process change initiatives.

Assist with the onboarding and integration of new employees during periods of business growth.

Contribute to the development of scalable HR procedures and efficient ways of working.

Take a hands-on approach to resolving issues and improving the effectiveness of HR operations.

Compliance & Reporting

Support compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and HR procedures.

Maintain accurate HR data and produce reports as required.

Assist with audits and ensure employee documentation remains accurate and up to date.

Support employee relations processes, ensuring matters are handled appropriately and documented correctly.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.

Experience managing employee relations cases and supporting managers with people-related issues.

Strong IT skills and confidence working with HR systems; experience using HiBob is strongly preferred.

Experience with payroll administration and coordinating with external payroll providers.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, practical approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and getting involved in both strategic improvements and day-to-day administrative tasks.
