The Role

• Develop and implement therapeutic programs and activities for residents with psychological, motor, and cognitive impairments.
• Collaborate closely with nursing management to create individualized and group activities that enhance the quality of life.
• Participate in quality improvement teams to contribute to the enhancement of resident care.
• Support residents in leading their lives as independently as possible through motivation, activation, and assistance.
• Work with vulnerable individuals, respecting their uniqueness and promoting their overall well-being.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Occupational Therapist (w/m/d).
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and a sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Dedication to fostering independence and improving the quality of life for residents.
