We're hiring for an impact-driven organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with diverse educational needs. We partner with schools and local authorities to provide tailored support that fosters engagement and progress.

The Role

• Deliver core subject (Maths, English, Science) tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Offer inclusive, trauma-informed tutoring in person, hybrid, or remotely.
• Support learners from KS1 to KS5, adapting to their individual needs.
• Plan engaging lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Collaborate with schools and local authorities to achieve educational goals.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND/SEMH.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
• Enhanced DBS (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
