Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Copado, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and Salesforce environment management. The ideal candidate will automate Salesforce deployments, improve release quality, and implement secure, reliable delivery processes across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado.
• Automate the end-to-end deployment lifecycle: validation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Standardize branching strategies, packaging, and environment management across development teams.
• Implement automated quality gates, security controls, and DevSecOps best practices.
• Manage end-to-end release execution, troubleshoot deployment issues, and minimize release risks.
• Continuously improve deployment automation, release efficiency, and delivery metrics.

Required Skills

4–6 years of experience in DevOps, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Strong hands-on experience with Copado and Salesforce deployment automation.

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, branching strategies, and release management.

Experience with Salesforce environments, automated testing, and deployment troubleshooting.

Knowledge of scripting, automation, quality controls, and DevSecOps practices.

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
