The Role

• Coordinate nursing schedules to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
• Identify and advise supervisors on potential issues with the nursing schedule and staffing ratios.
• Ensure all employee and contractor files meet regulatory compliance standards.
• Schedule and communicate educational opportunities for nursing staff.
• Distribute the nursing schedule efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling, preferably within a hospital setting.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with nursing leaders and staff.
