What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, ideally with a background in textiles or plastics, or a comparable qualification in operating and monitoring production machinery. • Practical aptitude, manual dexterity, and technical understanding. • Strong quality awareness and a passion for creating perfect workflows. • Experience with machine elements and control systems.
