The Role

• Operate and monitor automated, computer-controlled production machinery.
• Load and start up the production equipment.
• Inspect and appraise finished products based on quantity and quality.
• Manage machine components and control systems proficiently.
• Proactively identify and mitigate process risks to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously optimize the manufacturing process for efficiency and quality.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator, ideally with a background in textiles or plastics, or a comparable qualification in operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Practical aptitude, manual dexterity, and technical understanding.
• Strong quality awareness and a passion for creating perfect workflows.
• Experience with machine elements and control systems.
