The Role

• Provide in-store merchandising support to ensure shoppers’ needs are met.
• Build displays and end caps to enhance product presentation.
• Reset shelves, including product rotation, to optimize store layouts.
• Track inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Contribute to shaping the future of shopping experiences.

What You'll Need

• Be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, squatting, and lifting up to 74 lbs.
• Openness to visiting multiple stores weekly.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, store staff, and customers.
• Capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
• A motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
