Join Uniting AgeWell as a Senior Integration Developer and play a pivotal role in connecting the systems, platforms and data that support high quality aged care services across Victoria and Tasmania.
The role will co-design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that connect enterprise applications, services, and data sources. This role provides subject matter expertise, development and implementation skills across various application data interfaces as well as multiple standard data exchange and integration protocols.
By applying DevOps principles and ITIL governance, this role ensures that clinical, workforce, and financial data flows with high integrity and security, enabling real-time decision-making across all business units. This role should champion standards-based integrations that ensure scalability, security, and interoperability. In addition to delivering high-performing integration solutions to multiple digital platforms, this role shall contribute to uplifting Uniting AgeWell's applications development and management capability. This includes enhanced team collaboration, compliance and alignment to existing governance structures and support to the organisation's strategic plans.
In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver enterprise integration solutions across cloud and on-premises environments
- Develop and maintain APIs, connectors and reusable integration components
- Drive integration architecture standards, design patterns and governance practices
- Lead integration reliability, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance improvement initiatives
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Ensure integration delivery aligns with cybersecurity, compliance and data governance requirements
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the organisation's integration capability, platforms and practices

This is the place for you if you have:
- 5+ years of hands on experience in enterprise systems integration and solution design across cloud and on-premises environments
- Experience producing architecture decision records, solution design documents, design patterns and presenting recommendations to architecture review boards, CAB or equivalent technical governance forums
- Proven experience architecting integrations with third party and vendor hosted platforms, including negotiating interface specifications, API contracts and data exchange obligations directly with vendors
- Proficiency in enterprise integration platforms (like Azure, Boomi, Workato, Mulesoft) with a preference for the Azure Integration Stack (Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions)
- Highly developed organisation, analytical and problem solving skills
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

- A current Working With Children Check card
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations

- Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
