The Role

• Monitor and record all vital signs (pulse, blood pressure, temperature, intracranial pressure) and communicate findings to the medical team.
• Assist with invasive procedures, including central venous catheter insertion, arterial cannulation, and drainage placement.
• Manage complex ventilation strategies and weaning processes.
• Implement pressure sore prophylaxis, wound management, and adhere to aseptic techniques.
• Provide crisis intervention during acute deteriorations and participate in emergency training.
• Develop and update individual care plans.

What You'll Need

• Certified Registered Nurse or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Extensive experience working in intensive care units.
• Ability to work independently, maintain organization, and manage tasks efficiently.
• Strong teamwork skills and a receptive attitude.
• Valid driver's license.
