Mechanical Project Manager<br />£55K-£58K+ £6300 Car Allowance (£65K Package)<br />Mechanical Project Manager needed in the West Midlands close to Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Telford and surrounding areas<br />Full-Time | Permanent<br />A well-established and growing Building Services contractor is currently looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their operations team.<br />This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically biased Project Manager to take full responsibility for delivering building services projects across the UK, managing works from initial project handover through to final account and completion.<br />The role will suit someone with strong experience delivering mechanical installations within commercial, industrial, and building services environments, who is comfortable managing multiple aspects of project delivery including programme, labour, procurement, client management, and commercial performance.<br />Role Responsibilities<br />As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.<br />Key responsibilities will include:<br />• Managing mechanical building services projects from initial handover through to final completion<br />• Managing procurement of major mechanical plant, equipment and materials<br />• Preparing and submitting applications for payment, variations and final accounts<br />• Managing project documentation, reporting and governance through project systems<br />• Ensuring health &amp; safety compliance, RAMS preparation and CDM requirements<br />Requirements<br />The successful candidate will demonstrate strong experience delivering mechanical building services projects and managing project teams in live construction environments.<br />You will ideally have:<br />• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within Building Services<br />• Strong knowledge of mechanical installations including plantrooms, HVAC, pipework, and associated systems<br />• Experience managing RAMS, CDM compliance and site safety<br />• Ability to manage multiple projects across the UK when required<br />• Full UK driving licence<br />What’s On Offer<br />• Competitive salary<br />• Company laptop, phone and full IT setup<br />• Travel and accommodation provided when required<br />• Opportunity to join a growing and well-established building services contractor delivering projects nationwide<br />If you are an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking for your next opportunity within a growing building services contractor, we would be interested in hearing from you
