Opportunity for an Employment Associate to join a leading international law firm with a highly regarded, Tier 1 Employment practice.

Our client is a leading international Top 30 law firm with an outstanding reputation for advising clients on complex, high-profile and cross-border matters.
The successful Employment Associate will join a firm that is consistently recognised in the legal directories, with its Employment practice ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 for Employers.
The Opportunity
The Employment team is widely recognised for its expertise in handling complex and high-stakes employment matters, acting for both employers and senior executives across a broad range of sectors, with particular strength across financial services, fashion and retail, luxury and media.
The firm is looking to recruit an Employment Associate to join the team as part of its continued growth.
Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, the new hire will advise on a broad range of employment matters across both advisory and disputes work.
This will include:
- Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
- Managing employment issues arising from recruitment through to termination
- Advising on day-to-day HR issues, employment policies and workplace procedures
- Supporting clients with employment disputes and litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court
- Advising both employers and senior executives on complex employment matters
Required
- UK qualified Employment Associate with 3 PQE +
- Strong employment law experience gained within a well-ranked Employment practice
- Experience handling both contentious and advisory employment matters
- Strong respondent-side experience, or a combination of respondent and senior executive work
- Experience advising clients across a variety of sectors
