  • Profit-sharing opportunity
  • Monday–Friday daytime schedule
  • Stable, established organization with a long-tenured team

  • Ability to read, review, revise, and create detailed production drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working 100% onsite and collaborating directly with engineering and operations

Must Haves:

  • Create detailed part, assembly, and production drawings from concepts, sketches, and existing designs
  • Build and revise 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Verify dimensions, materials, component fit-ups, and assembly completeness before drawings are released
  • Research technical information from vendors, catalogs, and product specifications when developing models
  • Work directly with the engineering team to troubleshoot component and product issues
  • Maintain organized relationships between models, assemblies, and drawing files

Mechanical Drafter Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience with piping systems, pressure components, mechanical layouts, or industrial equipment
