Data Scientist - GenAI Sales Platform - London - Asset Management - Pharos Resource Partners Ltd

Our client, a leading asset manager, is making a bold bet on AI. Their goal is simple and ambitious: create the most informed, efficient and productive sales team in the market. You'll be the data scientist who makes it happen.

This is a greenfield opportunity to design and own an AI powered sales enablement platform, using the latest LLM, RAG and agentic technologies. Your work won't sit in a research folder. It will be used daily by sales professionals, with visible impact on clients and revenue.

What you'll do

1. Design, build and continuously improve GenAI applications that automate and enhance sales support
2. Develop RAG pipelines and AI agents that unlock insight from client engagement, internal collaboration and enterprise data
3. Break down data and workflow silos to give sales teams one intelligent view of their world
4. Free sales professionals from manual preparation so they can spend more time with clients
5. Deliver actionable insights and automation across the sales organisation
6. Shape the firm's strategy for amplifying sales talent through AI

What you'll bring

1. Strong Python skills and hands on experience building with LLMs
2. Practical experience with RAG, agent frameworks and putting GenAI into production
3. A product mindset and the ability to work closely with non technical stakeholders
4. A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative field
