The Role

• Support budget planning and market analysis.
• Assist in the creation of monthly management reports.
• Aid in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Analyze processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Specialise in one of five areas from the 3rd semester: Accounting & Controlling, Tax Consulting, Social Management, Retail Management, or Logistics Management.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma (Abitur) or equivalent, or a qualified vocational qualification, or certified technician/business administrator status.
• German language proficiency (B2 level).
• Strong mathematical aptitude and logical thinking skills.
• Analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• High sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Good English language skills.

• A monthly salary of €375 - €730 gross (depending on the partner company).
• Your tuition fees covered, up to €789 per month.
