Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Endpoint Management Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Windows Autopilot to support an enterprise endpoint modernization initiative.

The role will focus on migrating patch management workloads from SCCM/MECM to Intune, implementing cloud-based management capabilities, enhancing Windows Autopilot, and performing hands-on endpoint testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the migration of patching workloads from SCCM/MECM to Microsoft Intune.
  • Assist with deployment and configuration of a new Cloud Management Gateway (CMG).
  • Support cloud-based endpoint management across a new Microsoft environment.
  • Review and finalize Intune notifications and communications related to environment changes.
  • Assess and enhance existing Windows Autopilot configurations.
  • Support Windows Autopilot Proof of Concept initiatives for field offices.
  • Perform hands-on testing of endpoint hardware, enrollment, provisioning, and patch deployment.
  • Validate endpoint configurations and troubleshoot deployment issues.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and endpoint management teams to ensure successful migration and adoption.
  • Document testing results, configuration changes, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in endpoint management or related infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • Strong experience with SCCM/MECM.
  • Proven experience with Windows Autopilot.
  • Experience with enterprise patch management and Windows endpoint deployment.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting endpoint enrollment and provisioning.
  • Strong testing and validation skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX.
