Position: L2/L3 Senior Admin – ChromeOS VPN & Chromebook Endpoint Management
Location: Jersey City, NJ – Onsite 5 days a week
Duration: 12 Months Contract – Potential to Extend

Job Description

<>Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Chromebook fleets in a 24x7 production environment.
• Manage VPN connectivity and certificate-based authentication for ChromeOS endpoints.
• Configure and maintain device policies through the Google Admin Console.
• Coordinate certificate lifecycle management via Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM.
• Troubleshoot ChromeOS-level, connectivity, and authentication issues.
• Monitor endpoint compliance and remediate policy violations.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation supporting a critical production environment.
• Document platform standards, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and identity teams to maintain endpoint reliability.

<>Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise endpoint environments, with ChromeOS/Chromebook focus.
• Hands-on experience with Google Admin Console for device policy management.
• Experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM (or similar UEM/MDM) for certificate lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of VPN connectivity and certificate-based authentication.
• Experience troubleshooting OS-level, network, and authentication issues in production.
• Ability to work within a 24x7 on-call rotation supporting critical production systems.
• Strong security awareness and operational discipline in regulated, large-scale environments.
• Experience working in fast-paced, large-scale enterprise environments.
