The Role

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sourcing technical talent.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche technology roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A driven and positive attitude, capable of navigating recruitment challenges effectively.
