Director, Corporate HR

SERVPRO is seeking a Director, Corporate HR to lead human resources strategy and operations for our nationwide construction and restoration franchise network. In this role, you will design and oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and benefits programs that support rapid, service-focused field operations. You will ensure compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws, guide HR policies, and partner with leaders to strengthen a culture of integrity, safety, and teamwork. The Director will implement HRIS and analytics, drive leadership training and development, and support workforce planning to enable scalable growth across our corporate and franchise teams.
