Physical Therapist

We are seeking an outgoing, polished, and relationship-oriented Physical Therapist to provide concierge orthopedic and sports rehabilitation services in a premium setting.

Title: Physical Therapist
Location:  Charlotte, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy
• Track patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on injury-prevention strategies and exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Active state PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Experience in an outpatient, orthopedic, or sports PT setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
