• ServiceNow IRM/GRC: JavaScript scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ACLs, and Scoped Applications.
• Deep Understanding of GRC: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management.
• Technical Governance & Architecture: Solution architecture, development standards, and code/architecture reviews.

Qualifying Questions

1. Do you have 8 10 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years specializing in ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions and enterprise-scale implementations? (Mandatory: Yes)
2. Do you have strong experience leading technical teams, establishing development standards, conducting architecture and code reviews, and driving platform governance? (Mandatory: Yes)

The ServiceNow GRC Technical SME will serve as the technical leader for ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations, providing architecture guidance, solution design expertise, and technical governance across enterprise-scale programs. This role is responsible for ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, mentoring development teams, reviewing technical designs, and driving platform optimization and integration best practices.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Provide best practices, industry-specific solutions, thought leadership, and hands-on technical configuration/development.
• Advise on and provide alternative out-of-the-box solutions.
• Create process flows and participate as a primary, co-, or contributing author on all project deliverables.
• Lead data conversion and data maintenance efforts.
• Offer mentorship and knowledge transfer to client project team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 8 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years specializing in ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Leadership: Strong experience leading technical teams, establishing development standards, conducting architecture and code reviews, and driving platform governance.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of risk, compliance, audit, and governance processes aligned with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, and SOX.
• Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including JavaScript scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ACLs, and Scoped Applications.
• Integrations: Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs to connect ServiceNow with platforms such as Archer, Qualys, Tenable, SAP, Identity Management Systems, and third-party compliance tools.
• Solution Architecture: Experience designing scalable and secure solutions across Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management.
