Role: Agile Coach

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid) - 4 Days Onsite

Duration: Fulltime/ C2H

Job Description:

• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• 5+ years of experience coaching Agile teams and leaders.
• Proven experience leading enterprise Agile transformations.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevOps, and Agile delivery practices.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working with executive leadership teams.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale Agile transformations involving multiple business units.
• Background in organizational change management.
• Experience with product operating models and value stream management.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled delivery practices and modern Agile technology ecosystems.
• Experience implementing Agile practices across both business and technology functions.

Preferred Certifications

• Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
• Scrum Inc. Registered Scrum Trainer (RST) or Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner
• Project Management Institute PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC)
• Certified Team Coach (CTC)

Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
