Job Description

Order Preparation: Pre‑pick parts, fulfil customer orders, and verify stock availability for each enquiry. Support spare‑part document collation and reconciliation, assist with packing as well as goods‑in and goods‑out workflows, and perform weekly and monthly inventory counts.
Sales & Customer Service: Manage inbound and outbound calls together with walk‑in customer enquiries. Nurture positive customer relationships through sound product expertise and professional first‑line impressions.
Inventory Management & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels on a daily basis, escalate stock shortages to headquarters in a timely manner, and coordinate proactive replenishment activities. Carry out routine cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
General Duties: Prioritise and co‑ordinate day‑to‑day operational tasks, and provide cross‑colleague support as required. Champion a robust safety culture, ensure full regulatory compliance, and keep the work area clean, organised and hazard‑free.

Basic level in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experienced in warehouse operations (preferred).
Possession of a forklift license.
Mechanically inclined, with familiarity in operating AWP/EWP equipment considered an advantage.
Demonstrates professional phone etiquette and effectively manages email inquiries.
Detail-oriented, diligent, positive, a strong team player, and highly reliable.
