Licensed Sales Producer to join our Eagan team.

We prefer candidates who are already licensed and have insurance sales experience
, but we're also open to the right unlicensed candidate with a strong sales background and the drive to succeed. This is a hybrid position with a supportive team, strong work-life balance, and the opportunity to earn based on your performance. Develop new business through leads, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach. Build relationships with prospective and existing customers. Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers' goals. Recommend insurance solutions that fit each customer's needs. Follow up consistently with prospects and customers. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency processes. Licensed and experienced insurance sales professionals are preferred.

However, strong sales candidates who are not yet licensed are encouraged to apply. Previous insurance sales experience preferred. Strong sales experience required for unlicensed candidates. Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable learning technology, CRM systems, and agency software. At
