Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3+ years of experience developing, implementing, or supporting production OCR or document processing solutions.

• Hands-on experience with OCR technologies such as Tesseract, PaddleOCR, Google Document AI, or similar cloud-based OCR platforms.

• Strong proficiency in Python for developing and maintaining document processing workflows.

• Experience building and supporting queue-based or batch processing pipelines.

• Knowledge of image preprocessing techniques, including deskewing, denoising, contrast adjustment, and image enhancement.

• Experience processing unstructured or poor-quality document inputs, including scanned documents, mobile photos, and compressed PDFs.

• Strong understanding of OCR accuracy measurement, validation, and testing across multiple document types.
