Child Welfare Business Analyst

• 60 months of experience analyzing and evaluating business processes and identify areas for improvement. 

• 60 months of experience eliciting, documenting and validating business requirements. 

• 60 months of experience presenting complex technical information to non technical program area staff. 

• 60 months of experience conducting or overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT.) 

• 60 months of experience working in a Health and Human Services (HHS) Information System or a Child Welfare Information System. 

• 60 months of experience working with an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) in a state where health and human services are state-supervised, locally administered. 

• 60 months of experience working with a financial management system.
