At LUX Infusion, we’re redefining infusion care with compassion, clarity, and connection. We’re seeking an experienced Ambulatory Infusion Clinic Nurse (RN) to support patients in an infusion suite and other care settings as needed.

This is a full‑time (40 hours/week) role. Schedule and location may vary based on business needs.

As an Infusion Nurse, you’ll play a critical role in delivering safe, patient‑centered infusion therapy while helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident during their care.

What You’ll Do

  • Insert, monitor, and discontinue IVs, including central line (PICC/port/midline) care
  • Administer infusion therapies, medications, and blood products as prescribed
  • Monitor patient response, obtain vital signs, and perform assessments
  • Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and IV care
  • Perform venous phlebotomy as needed
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation and nursing notes
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams
  • Maintain compliance with safety, ethical, and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Active RN license in the state of practice
  • Nursing degree from an accredited program
  • IV certification and experience with central line management
  • 2+ years RN experience (home infusion, critical care, ED, or similar preferred)
  • CPR certification and valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a care team
  • Willingness to travel locally to support patients

Bachelor’s degree, PICC/Port/Midline certification, and multi‑state licensure preferred.

Pay Range/Rate
$45—$60 USD

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee may also be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Employees are expected to:

  • Participate annually in required legal and ethical compliance training

  • Adhere to all standards and procedures outlined in the LUX Infusion Compliance Manual
  • Refrain from any behavior that could be considered unethical or unlawful
