The Role

The
Director of Finance will oversee the company's overall financial operations and financial strategy, working closely with the CEO and Operations leadership to support long-term financial planning and company growth.

What You'll Do
Planning & Reporting:
Own the budget, forecasts, and cash flow. Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, analyze labor costs, client profitability, and overall company performance, and give leadership clear recommendations based on the results.

Accounting Operations

Handle financial controls, oversee bookkeeping accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Work with our outside CPA and tax advisors to keep us compliant and audit-ready.

Payroll & Labor Costs

Oversee payroll and track overtime. Make sure payroll matches schedules and client billing.

Billing & Collections

Make sure every invoice reflects contracted rates, hours, overtime, and special events. Follow up on overdue accounts and fix billing errors quickly.

Account Profitability

Track margins on each client account and flag the ones that are slipping. Help set pricing for new contracts and renewals.

Risk & Strategy

Strengthen financial controls to prevent fraud and payroll errors. Manage insurance and workers' comp costs, set company KPIs, and model the numbers behind growth decisions.

Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
5–10 years in accounting, finance, or financial management
Strong Excel and accounting software skills
Located in the Los Angeles area, near Studio City
Willing to complete a background check
Nice to Have
MBA, Master's in Finance, or Master's in Accounting
CPA preferred
Experience in security, staffing, or another labor-intensive industry (strongly preferred)
Ideally we want someone who comes from a
Smaller Company
. Pay is based on Experience, Tenure and Performance.

Ranges from
$110,000 – $150,000
Must be Located near Studio City and Local to Los Angeles
