REMATIQ builds AI software for life sciences and medical device companies. Our platform helps teams automate complex documentation and compliance workflows, while keeping outputs traceable, reviewable, and audit-ready.

Product development in MedTech is highly complex. Teams need to manage requirements, documentation, quality processes, regulatory expectations, and internal reviews across many systems and stakeholders. REMATIQ helps customers simplify this work, reduce manual effort, and move faster without compromising on quality or compliance.

We work with some of the world's leading life sciences and MedTech companies, including Philips, Siemens Healthineers, B. Braun, and Novartis. Having recently closed our Series A, we are entering our next phase of growth, expanding our team and bringing AI into more customer workflows.

This is a rare opportunity to shape our growing Delivery organization, develop how we work with customers, and help build the structures and playbooks that will support our international expansion.

We believe in the value of in-person collaboration and work in a hybrid setup, with the team coming together in our Berlin-Mitte office typically four days per week.

What you'll do

As an AI Deployment Strategist at REMATIQ, you will independently lead customer engagements from discovering valuable use cases through demos, pilots, implementation, adoption, and expansion. You will work directly with customers, our founders, Forward Deployed Engineers, MedTech Domain Experts, Product, and Sales to turn complex challenges into practical AI solutions that deliver measurable value.

This is a hands-on customer leadership role. You'll get deep into our AI platform, understand customers' challenges, and help shape solutions alongside technical and domain experts. You won't need to write code or be a MedTech specialist, but you should be excited to get into the details and make things work.

You will:

• Discover high-impact opportunities: Understand customer workflows, identify valuable AI use cases, and translate complex challenges into clear priorities and practical solutions.

• Bring AI solutions to life: Demonstrate REMATIQ's platform, shape compelling pilots, and work with technical and domain experts to turn promising use cases into working solutions.

• Own customer deployments: Lead engagements from initial scoping to successful rollout. Define success criteria, align stakeholders, manage risks, remove blockers, and take responsibility for customer outcomes.

• Lead customer relationships: Build trust, independently manage customer interactions, communicate clearly, and proactively manage expectations and next steps.

• Drive adoption and expansion: Become an expert in our platform, onboard and support users, troubleshoot issues, and identify further opportunities together with customers and Sales.

• Help build how REMATIQ scales: Execute with speed and quality, use AI tools to work smarter, improve how we deliver customer projects, and help shape the playbooks and processes that will define our next stage of growth.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a top performer with exceptional problem-solving skills, customer presence, technical curiosity, and a strong drive to turn ideas into real-world impact.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

• Relevant background: Typically 3–7 years of experience in consulting, AI deployment, enterprise software, customer-facing transformation, or a high-growth technology company. Former founders and early startup employees who have built something themselves are especially welcome.

• Strong ownership: You take responsibility for outcomes, structure ambiguous problems, identify what matters, and drive execution with limited guidance.

• Excellent problem-solving skills: You quickly understand unfamiliar topics, think analytically and conceptually, and translate complexity into clear insights and practical solutions.

• Strong customer presence: You build trust, communicate confidently, manage expectations, and navigate complex enterprise organizations with clarity and professionalism.

• AI and product fluency: You are tech-savvy, learn new software quickly, and enjoy understanding how technology works and how it can solve real problems. Coding is not required.

• High execution quality: You deliver excellent work at speed, are highly reliable, and actively use AI tools to analyze, synthesize, and improve your output.

• Entrepreneurial mindset: You are resourceful, adaptable, resilient, and comfortable taking initiative and going beyond your immediate responsibilities to get things done.

• Fluency in English and German (mandatory).

Experience in MedTech, life sciences, or other regulated industries is a plus, but not a prerequisite. We are open to exceptional candidates from unconventional backgrounds.
