Our client is looking for an Pega Lead Business Architect (Pega LBA) for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Pega Lead Business Architect (Pega LBA)

Location: NYC, NY – Hybrid

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in Business Analysis and Pega solution delivery.
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Pega projects.
  • Pega Certified Business Architect (LBA) certification is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in the Pega Infinity Platform, including Constellation UX and modern case management solutions.
  • Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and data mappings.
  • Strong understanding of Common Data Model (CDM), enterprise integration standards, and API-driven business processes.
  • Domain experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance with knowledge of regulatory compliance, financial product workflows, and insurance business processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities for Pega implementations, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into scalable Pega solutions.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, System Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders to design solutions using Pega Infinity Platform and Constellation UX.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories.
  • Define business rules, data mappings, Common Data Model alignment, and integration requirements across enterprise applications.
  • Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, support change management, and ensure compliance with Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance business standards.
  • Support solution validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), production readiness, and provide functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
