Job description

This role is for an experienced person to join an established endpoint engineering team at AFS. The team is responsible for managing a fleet of about 20,000 devices, including Windows and macOS laptops and Cloud PCs. Additionally, the configuration and compliance of several thousand BYOD mobile devices (Android and iOS/iPadOS) are managed by the team.

Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro are used extensively by the team, as well as PowerShell and Bash scripting.

The team designs, builds, tests, deploys, and then supports what they build, which are primarily applications, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and operating system deployments.

What you need

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the Information Technology field with significant experience working with endpoint management solutions like Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro, including PowerShell and Bash scripting
  • Proven ability to work independently, and as a team member
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Bonus if you have

  • Experience as an administrator of the following systems:
    • Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Group Policy Objects
  • Experience as a user of the following systems:
    • ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft 365 apps

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$81,000—$154,700 USD
