Job Description

As a Psychiatry Associate Account Manager at Lundbeck, you will drive the adoption of innovative neuroscience therapies within an assigned territory. You will build and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, and mental health decision-makers, educating them on Lundbeck's brain health portfolio, clinical data, and appropriate use. You will execute territory business plans, identify new account opportunities, and coordinate educational programs, all while operating with high integrity and compliance. In this patient-focused, collaborative culture, you will partner cross-functionally and contribute to better outcomes for people living with brain diseases.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with psychiatrists, neurologists, and key mental health stakeholders within assigned territory.
  • Educate healthcare providers on Lundbeck's neuroscience portfolio, clinical data, indications, and appropriate use.
  • Execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales targets and market share goals.
  • Identify, prioritize, and develop new account opportunities in psychiatry and related settings.
  • Coordinate educational programs, in-services, and lunch-and-learn sessions for clinical teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Lundbeck partners in marketing, medical, and market access to support account needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report territory performance, competitive activity, and customer insights.
  • Ensure all interactions comply with Lundbeck policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
