Position : Junior Data Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and eager-to-learn Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of data analysis and visualization, with a strong desire to grow and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with relational databases to manage and analyze data.
• Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualize data insights.
• Translate business questions into data questions and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Continuously learn and apply new data analysis techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of SQL and ETL processes.
• Understanding of relational databases.
• Experience with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
• Ability to translate business questions into data questions.
• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to examine work critically.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
