Must-Have Skills:

• Professional experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or performance management, supporting strategic.
• Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, and implementation documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to support transformation.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in government, public health, finance, or other regulated environments.
• Lean Six Sigma, project management, change management, or business analysis training/certification.
