Desktop Support / Desktop Deployment Project
Indianapolis, IN
CDW W2 employment - Long term

CDW has an excellent opportunity in Information Technology in Technical Support. This role is located in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will provide End User Support along with building / provisioning of new user set ups and devices. This role is perfect for a recent college graduate seeking to further their career in technology or someone with 2-3 years of experience.
Required expertise includes:

  • 1-3 years of End User Computing / Desktop Deployment experience
  • Experience supporting Windows OS and mobile devices
  • Experience supporting O365 or other desktop computing applications
  • Experience supporting hardware and peripherals needed (printers, keyboard, mouse)
  • College degree (AS, BS) or technical diploma
