The Role

• Maximize financial potential through high-performance sales skills.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by recommending innovative solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads, utilizing provided marketing tools.
• Conduct property inspections to identify issues and make strategic recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients as an essential partner.
• Prioritize safety and conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• No industry experience required; sales experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and meet physical demands including ladder use and occasional heavy lifting.
