Fitness Sales Consultant / Membership Advisor – Orangetheory Fitness Spring Hill
Pay: $16–$18/hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses
Orangetheory Fitness Franklin is looking for a high-energy, goal-driven Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
We are looking for professionals who are confident in building relationships, following up with leads, and converting prospects into long-term members while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Convert leads into memberships through phone calls, text follow-up, studio tours, and in-person interactions

• Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales goals
• Represent Orangetheory Fitness at community events and local outreach opportunities
• Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or membership sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the sale
• Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends

Retail sales professionals

• Leasing consultants
• Customer-focused sales professionals
• Morning Shift: 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Weekend Availability Required:
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
