The Role • Provide expert application support to customers on flow cytometry, instruments, reagents, and software for clinical research and routine diagnostics. • Conduct independent device and reagent presentations, workflow analyses, and training sessions. • Support sales representatives by providing specialist knowledge to achieve sales targets. • Assist customers and service teams with new application implementations and troubleshooting. • Represent the company at trade shows, scientific meetings, and workshops. What You'll Need • University degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biology, biotechnology, medicine, chemistry, physics) or equivalent training. • Several years of hands-on experience with multi-color flow cytometry, including sample preparation and data analysis. • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken. • Willingness to travel throughout the designated territory.
