The Role • Provide expert application support to customers on flow cytometry, analyzers, reagents, and software for clinical research and routine diagnostics. • Conduct independent device and reagent presentations, workflow analyses, and training sessions on analysis systems. • Support sales representatives with specialist knowledge to achieve sales targets. • Assist customers and service colleagues with the implementation of new applications and troubleshooting. • Represent the company at trade shows, scientific meetings, and workshops within the South-Western German area. What You'll Need • University degree in biology, biotechnology, medicine, chemistry, physics, or equivalent training. • Several years of practical experience with multi-color flow cytometry, sample preparation, and data analysis. • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken. • Willingness to travel approximately 50-75% within the designated territory. • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
