HR Generalist | Springfield, IL | Hybrid | $18.00-$20.00/HR

The Role

• Perform a variety of human resources administration functions, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits and manage automated resource systems.
• Maintain personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide initial employee counseling and manage EEO/AA records.
• Coordinate licensing activities and process personnel reports.
• Assist with training and development record keeping.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in standard computer and technology skills.
• Ability to interact calmly and professionally with a wide range of individuals.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Previous HR or recruiting experience is preferred.
